A welcome message at the center
The photograph places the Nike welcome desk in the foreground and the LED display directly behind it. The on-screen message reads “Welcome To NIKE Innovation Lab,” with athlete imagery above and below. A large physical Swoosh sits over the display, while side graphics reinforce the event identity.
This arrangement shows how an LED surface can become part of an arrival environment rather than a separate presentation screen. The welcome message is elevated above the desk, and the surrounding room elements carry the same brand identity. The screen communicates the welcome message while the desk and larger Swoosh identify the arrival point.
Designing content around the arrival experience
For a similar brief, establish the principal viewing position before choosing the screen size. Desk placement, queue layout and people standing in front of the display can affect which parts of the content remain visible. Keep essential welcome information away from areas likely to be blocked.
The content layout should use the actual display resolution. An event name, a short welcome line and a limited number of supporting images can give an arrival screen a clear purpose without asking guests to read a full presentation. Preview the artwork at guest eye level and alongside any printed branding before approving the final layout.
Planning a branded welcome area?
For a Las Vegas event, send the room layout, desk position, intended sightlines and event schedule with your display request. Include the welcome artwork and any session-specific content that needs to appear on screen.
The LED display should be quoted with its agreed support, processing, cabling and setup scope. Furniture, audio, lighting, scenic fabrication and other items visible in a reference photograph should be listed separately if they are required, rather than assumed to be included.
