Digital imagery within the hospitality setting
The portfolio photograph shows a large framed LED display with a white Moët & Chandon brand header and champagne imagery beneath it. Bottle showcases flank the display, and a branded counter and parasol sit nearby. The display and surrounding hospitality elements share a platform within the outdoor event setting.
Unlike the indoor exhibit examples, this image documents a display operating at dusk with the surrounding environment still visible. The brand header and champagne image form one large presentation, while the nearby bottle showcases bring the product into the physical display.
What changes when a display moves outdoors
A comparable outdoor brief needs a site-specific review of ambient light, weather exposure, wind conditions, support, power and cable protection. No single outdoor setup suits every location. Select the display, protection and support plan for the actual environment and operating hours, including setup and strike.
The content approach shown here gives the brand name a distinct area above the product imagery. For a similar activation, confirm how the content will read from guest approach points and how it relates to adjacent displays, counters and service areas. Do not assume that every hospitality element in a reference photograph is part of the LED rental.
Planning a Las Vegas brand activation?
Share the event dates, operating hours, venue location, available power and proposed screen position. Outdoor requests should also identify any venue rules and the protection or support arrangements being considered.
Review the video-wall rental information, then request an itemized scope for the actual installation. This example is a digital brand backdrop. Any bar, service counter, product showcase or other furniture needed for your event should be itemized separately.
