G2E fills the Venetian Expo's primary halls. The venue is a union house — rigging requires union coordination, but ground-supported and freestanding LED displays do not. Our crew has set up at the Venetian Expo for G2E multiple times. We know the load-in days, freight elevator rules, and power requirements for every hall.
G2E installation windows typically open 1–2 days before the Tuesday opening. We recommend booking your install for the Monday before the show.
