LED Video Wall Rental Agreement

1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the agreed setup date and ends on the agreed breakdown date.

2. Setup and Breakdown: Our professional team will handle all setup and breakdown operations. Customer must provide adequate power supply and safe access to installation area.

3. Damage Policy: Customer is responsible for any damage to equipment beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period.

4. Weather Conditions: For outdoor installations, customer acknowledges weather-related risks. LED Show Vision reserves the right to delay or cancel installations due to unsafe weather conditions.

5. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A 50% deposit may be required for bookings.

6. Content: Customer is responsible for providing content in approved formats. LED Show Vision can assist with content creation for additional fees.

7. Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled setup time.

8. Liability: LED Show Vision maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Customer agrees to standard liability limitations.
